Office: Auditing Misys system to prepare for OASIS reporting, submitting OASIS reports, entering new patients into Misys system, creating new patient charts, maintaining patient roster, orienting new employees, taking meeting minutes, supplies ordering, filing, creating office documents, keeping office organized, following up on lab process.
Technical Support: Troubleshooting computer and laptop problems, system maintenance and updating.
Customer Service: Answering multi-line phones, assisting with customer inquiries, taking patient referrals, gathering documents for patient requests.
Computer Skills: Misys, Word, Excel, E-mail, fax & multi-function copier.
