Office: Completing maintenance and requests for member accounts: cancels, plan changes, billing concerns, adding newborns, address changes, loading bank information for electronic funds transfers, and all other miscellaneous requests.
Customer Service: Creating and following through on member appeals regarding reinstatement of policy, answering questions for customer service department, brokers and members regarding: application status, eligibility, coverage, billing, policy and all other general questions.
Accounts Receivable: Placing accounts on hold to avoid cancellation when policy allowed, reinstating accounts when policy allowed and following up to make sure payment was received, per report either writing off balance, refunding overages or sending collection letters for closed accounts, per report transferring money to closed accounts and reinstating them when policy allowed, and correcting system billing errors when they occurred.
